Making progress

Lining up all of the frames is kind of a moment of truth.  I find out if my workmanship is good enough for all of the lines to flow properly.  So far, so good.

 Epoxy and bronze nails and screws were used to join all of the pieces.

It took some effort to find marine grade plywood and the mahogany to use for the frames.  I cut most of them out with a hand held jigsaw and a circular saw.  Better tools would have resulted in better workmanship, but the hand tools worked ok.
